This week we are taking a look at one of the common yoga poses that most people don't like - plank.
Plank is considered an arm balancing pose and is one that requires a strong core, spine, arms, shoulders and wrist. This pose is very common in traditional asana practices and is often used as a transition in sun salutations. In the video below, we break down a few ways of practicing plank:
